We will explore the keys to keeping your department alive not only for you but for your managers, supervisors & line level staff. Routine is inevitable but a great leader is always looking to redefine the “routine”. Through discussion & activities, let’s use our experiences to build a “new routine” for the routine.

Our speaker:

Stacy has large team management experience with various industries. Although variables such as the product, location or company may change, the keys to leadership are the same. After successes & some failures in leadership, Stacy learned that the success to any team is trust & motivation. She has shared her story & life lessons with more than 250,000 people in over 40 different countries.  

Additionally, a brief tour of the El Cortez's Rooms & Suites will be conducted directly following the meeting.
