Thinking is something that we do every day, but do we really understand? Thinking and understanding are both important parts of communications; both how people communicate with you, and how you communicate with others. We are continuously bombarded with questions. Do you know the answer? Do you understand the question? Do you understand what your boss wants? Does your boss understand you? Let us examine how we think and how we can do it better.
